Hello everyone...

Gemblong is one type of traditional Indonesian food or cake which belongs to market snack group. Gemblong is made from white glutinous rice flour dough which is kneaded until smooth and shaped like a ball. Then the round shaped gemblong dough is fried and after it cools it is coated with a palm sugar. Despite the having same taste, Getas  is made from black sticky rice, while Gemblong is made from white sticky rice.
