Dadar gulung is a traditional food from the city of Bandung that belongs to the category of wet cakes, which has an elongated round shape and inside is grated coconut mixed with liquid palm sugar.
This traditional food is made from a mixture of wheat flour, coconut milk, salt, egg and pandan paste which functions as a flavoring and gives a green color.
Dadar gulung are popular street food snack in Indonesia.So it is a real treat to be able to can enjoy them anytime at home as a tasty snack.

DADAR GULUNG RECIPE
for 20 -25 pieces
Ingridient :
CREPES :
100 g Rice flour
3 Eggs, whisked until pale
300 ml Coconut milk
½ tsp Salt
2 tbs Suji water
¼ tsp Pandan paste
FILLING :
½ Young coconut, coarse shavings
100 g Finely sliced palm sugar
40 g Sugar
150 ml Water
Pandan leaves
HOW TO MAKE :
1. FILLING : Place in a wok coarse shavings young coconut, palm sugar, sugar, water, pandan leaves.
2. Cook in low heat while stirring, until the liquid is depleted and shaving mixture is thick enough to shape. Remove from the heat
3.CREPES : Mix rice flour, salt, pandan paste and whisked eggs, while pouring in coconut milk and suji water.
4. Grease a pan with oil. Make small crepes over medium heat. Do it until the dough runt out.
5. Place 1-2 tsp filling on a crepe, roll and wrap to resemble a spring roll. Dadar gulung ready to serve.
